Key responsibilities
Provide tier 1-2 support, endpoint management and onboarding/offboarding.
Administer SaaS and cloud identity/access (SSO, MFA) and IT asset management.
Build automation and scripts to streamline support and provisioning workflows.
Service Desk lead track: manage queue, SLAs, ticketing operations and a small support team.
Skills
Familiarity with cloud/SaaS administration (incl. AWS), scripting for automation (Python/PowerShell), and basic SQL for reporting and ticket analytics.
MDM/endpoint tools (Jamf, Intune).
Identity platforms (Okta, Google Workspace).
