We are currently seeking a senior staff design engineer at our Woburn office. The candidate will join a diverse and global team working on state‑of‑the‑art wireless and connectivity applications.
Responsibilities
Design analog, mixed‑signal, or RF circuits.
Guide layout in advanced technology nodes.
Document design details and present at review meetings.
Define experimental test procedures and evaluate silicon in the lab.
Assist in architecture investigation and technology exploration.
Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher focused on integrated circuit design.
Analysis, design, and debug skills for analog, mixed‑signal, or RF circuits.
Previous tape‑out experience is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of linear systems and signal processing.
Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics is highly desirable.
Experience with lab equipment.
Experience in the use of computer‑aided design tools such as Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, and Matlab.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $154,400 – $220,000 annually. Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short‑ and long‑term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
