What You’ll Do
Connect with prospective customers to understand their insurance needs
Quote and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Conduct coverage reviews and recommend appropriate protection solutions
Build long‑term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Educate customers on coverage options and help them make informed decisions
Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Maintain accurate records and manage customer information within agency systems
What We’re Looking For
Active Property & Casualty license preferred
Sales experience in insurance, banking, retail, automotive, mortgage, telecommunications, or other customer‑facing industries highly valued
Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license if not currently licensed
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and competitive mindset
Confidence speaking with customers in person and over the phone
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow through consistently
Coachable attitude and desire for continuous growth
