As a District Sales Manager you will play a key role in helping clients find insurance solutions that meet their needs while building lasting relationships based on trust and service. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work from home while growing your career. No prior insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you obtain your insurance license and succeed in a high‑performance sales environment. This is a lead‑driven role focused on client support and relationship building; no cold calling, door‑to‑door sales or network marketing required. Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding their insurance needs. Generate sales using company‑provided high‑quality leads. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage long‑term satisfaction and retention. Participate in company training programs to obtain licensing and enhance sales skills. Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations. Conduct all business interactions with professionalism, honesty and integrity. Promote a positive, inclusive and team‑oriented work environment. Qualifications
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Driven to succeed in a sales‑focused environment. Coachable and eager to learn.
