Operations Sales Manager
– Serenity is hiring an Operations Sales Manager to take full ownership of a high‑volume service location. The role encompasses managing the team, floor, numbers, sales pipeline, and member experience. This is for someone who has proven they can drive revenue while running a tight operation and is ready to do both at a higher level. You will lead visibly, hold your team accountable to performance targets, and keep the standard high even in complicated situations. If your background blends operations management with a track record of hitting sales goals, you will already speak the language. No industry‑specific experience is required.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Own the full day‑to‑day operation of a high‑volume service location – staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality
Drive sales performance across the location, holding yourself and your team accountable to clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs
Set the performance standard for your team and hold it consistently through coaching, feedback, and structured accountability
Ensure every member interaction is efficient, professional, and reflects the level of service Serenity is known for – while identifying and converting sales opportunities
Track location KPIs – sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, and quality scores – and use that data to make real operational and commercial decisions
Identify underperformance early and address it directly, with clarity and follow‑through
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of leadership experience with a demonstrated blend of operations management and sales – you’ve run the floor and owned a number
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with results to back it up
Demonstrated accountability to KPIs – you’ve managed them, reported on them, and made decisions based on them
Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations is a strong advantage – if you’ve run a location where member experience and revenue performance drove every decision, you already know what this job feels like
You’ve had direct performance conversations and have the outcomes to show for them
You don’t wait to be told something is off – you see it, own it, and fix it
