Responsibilities
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with ability to communicate verbally and in writing with both non-technical end-users and technical staff
Ability to schedule and facilitate productive meetings and drive outcomes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Excellent organization, problem solving, and planning skills.
Ability to interface with executives and stakeholders regarding issues of project scope and status.
Demonstrated knowledge of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental design and development.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, activities, and tasks under time constraints.
Demonstrated conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems, make decisions, and lead projects with minimal direction.
Project planning skills to support full resource utilization
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development principles.
Knowledge of requirements-management and capacity planning tools to assist with scrum team planning (Jira, Rally/Central Agile, Version1, etc.).
Demonstrated exceptional analytical problem decomposition to create requirements documents and assist others with problem decomposition.
Background Check and Physical & Drug Screening Selected candidates must complete and pass a background check and an occupational health screening as a condition of employment. For identified jobs, a drug screening will also be required. The background investigation, required occupational health screening, and any required drug screening will be conducted after a conditional employment offer has been extended.
Qualifications Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field and 6 years IT project management or IT scrum master experience OR
High School Diploma/Equivalent and 10 years IT project management or IT scrum master experience
