AP Executive Staffing is partnering with a global leader in medical machinery an supply innovation to hire an Account Manager / Inside Sales Representative. This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys relationship‑building, consultative selling, and driving business growth in a technical product environment.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Build relationships with dental and healthcare customers within a defined territory
Make proactive outbound calls to uncover opportunities and grow accounts
Use a consultative sales approach to recommend product solutions
Maintain pipeline activity and customer follow-up through Salesforce
Partner with outside sales teams to support territory growth
Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities while delivering excellent customer service
Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of B2B sales, inside sales, account management, or solution‑based sales experience
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and closing business
Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong follow‑through
Healthcare, dental, medical device, or technical product sales experience is a plus
Up to $65K base salary
Monthly sales incentive + annual bonus
