Description Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor and manage the IT Help Desk system ensuring requests are prioritized and resolved in a timely manner.
The procurement of IT related hardware equipment and accessories ensuring that the equipment purchased aligns with the corporate standards set forth by the Senior System Administrator.
The setup and configuration of all devices on the network including BUT NOT LIMITED TO computers, printers, phones, scan guns, cell phones, time clocks and tablets per the standards set forth by the Senior System Administrator.
Manage end users' access to the company's various systems, applications, files and folders using the company's IT Security and Change Manage procedures.
Perform routine monitoring and maintenance of the IT systems as directed by the Senior System Administrator.
Work with the various service providers in the area to manage services, resolve outages and provide technical support where needed to restore services in a timely manner.
Work as a liaison between IT Business Analysts and onsite end users, at all levels in the organization, to come up with creative, sound, reliable IT solutions to resolve issues and improve process within the company.
Participate in the design and implementation of enterprise wide technical projects, with a particular focus on the needs of the site to ensure delivered solutions meet identified requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements
General experience with Windows servers, Active Directory, DHCP and DNS
General experience with TCP/IP, LANs, WANs, HTTP, VPN and VLAN, Wireless
Ability to search out solutions to solve problems, identify issues and recommend solutions
Has the ability to work well with others as well as work independently
Strong oral and written communications skills are essential
Ability to be pro-active, self-motivated and eager to learn new things
Physical requirements While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit, walk and stand; Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds. Position will frequent the production floor, so operating in standard seasonal warehouse and food processing plant temperature conditions will be required. Work is completed in a facility where nuts, fruits and other allergens are present.
