We are partnering with a growing telecommunications infrastructure company seeking a driven Sales Executive focused on OSP fiber and utility infrastructure projects throughout the Mountain West.
This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities related to:
Fiber optic infrastructure
OSP telecom construction
Directional drilling & trenching
Broadband expansion
Underground utility installation
Municipal & utility infrastructure projects
Data center connectivity
The ideal candidate will have experience selling within telecommunications, utility, or infrastructure construction markets and understand how to build long‑term relationships with carriers, municipalities, utilities, contractors, and developers.
What They’re Looking For
5+ years of telecom, utility, or construction sales experience
Strong business development / hunter mentality
Experience with OSP fiber or underground utility projects
Proven ability to generate and close new business
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Compensation
Base salary: $90K-120K DOE
Uncapped commission structure
Realistic OTE: $180K-300K+
