Job Description Are you currently working incustomer service, a call center, hospitality, or another people-focused role?
Do you spend your day talking to customers, solving problems, and building rapport—while earning the same paycheck no matter how hard you work?
If so, it may be time to take the next step.
At Ken's Gutters, we're looking for strong communicators who are ready to transition from customer service into sales.
Many customer service positions pay $15-$18 per hour. We start at $25 per hour, plus uncapped commission, because we value people who can communicate professionally and build relationships with clients.
No sales experience is required. We'll teach you the sales side.
What we can't teach is attitude, work ethic, and the ability to connect with people.
What You'll Do
Speak with property managers and business clients across the United States
Build relationships and identify client needs
Follow up on opportunities and quotes
Maintain accurate records in our CRM
Work toward performance goals and sales targets
This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who:
Has customer service, call center, hospitality, retail, or appointment-setting experience

What We Offer
$25/hour base pay
Uncapped commission
On-target earnings up to $120,000 per year
Warm leads only
Full sales training
Monday to Friday schedule (from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Clearwater, Florida.
