The Nashua Telegraph and Milford Cabinet The Telegraph and Cabinet is seeking a Multi-Media Sales Account Representative. This position focuses on developing revenue from new advertisers and growing revenue from existing advertisers. This position is ideal for those looking for an opportunity to help local businesses succeed in their marketing efforts.
Primary Responsibilities
Actively prospect, acquire new clients, while providing services to assigned client list; utilizing a consultative sales approach to understand their advertising needs and objectives.
Services include advertising in our community newspapers and their websites, a full suite of digital marketing solutions, and specially publications/programs.
Manage and nurture existing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling advertising solutions that maximize client return on investment.
Scheduling of all advertising as ordered, proofing of advertising campaigns.
Monitor market trends and stay updated on industry developments to identify opportunities for new business growth.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, consistently demonstrating your expertise and value to clients.
Qualifications
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Attention to detail and high level of accountability.
Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
Self-starter who can set and manage priorities.
Communicate effectively with peers, management and customers.
Maintain dependability and professionalism.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate advertising solutions to clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Compensation
Base salary, plus commission

Work Schedule
Daily, Monday – Friday.
Hours, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Weekends and most major holidays off.
