We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist to join our team focused on Artificial Intelligence-based Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). In this role, you will play a crucial part in leveraging data-driven insights to enhance and optimize our AI-driven software development processes. Your expertise will be pivotal in improving efficiency, reliability, and quality throughout the AI SDLC, contributing to the successful delivery of AI-powered applications and solutions.
Responsibilities
Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of data generated during various phases of the AI SDLC to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
Model Evaluation: Develop and apply data-driven methodologies for assessing the performance and quality of AI models and algorithms
Feature Engineering: Collaborate with AI engineers and developers to identify relevant features and data sources for training AI models effectively
Data Preprocessing: Prepare and clean data, ensuring it is suitable for training, validation, and testing of AI models
Predictive Analytics: Utilize machine learning and statistical techniques to create predictive models that can help forecast project timelines, resource requirements, and potential issues in the AI SDLC
Continuous Improvement: Work on the continuous improvement of AI development processes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for enhancing productivity and minimizing bottlenecks
Data Visualization: Create intuitive and informative data visualizations to communicate findings and insights to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with AI developers, software engineers, data engineers, and project managers to integrate data science methodologies seamlessly into the AI SDLC
Research: Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to bring innovative solutions to the SDLC
Qualifications
5+ years’ proven experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on AI or machine learning
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AI development tools
Hands‑on experience with data analysis, data preprocessing, and predictive modeling
Familiarity with software development methodologies, particularly those related to AI and machine learning
Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills
Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV) is a plus
Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices
Certification in Data Science or related fields
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 121,400 – 202,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
