The primary focus of this role is to design and build an interactive ESG reporting dashboard using Microsoft Power BI to improve data visibility, reporting efficiency, and decision-making. The intern will also support regional EHS/ESG data management initiatives and assist one of our manufacturing sites in preparation for ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification. Key responsibilities include: Collecting, organizing, validating, and analyzing ESG and EHS performance data from multiple sources. Design and develop interactive ESG dashboards and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI. Assist with ESG reporting and sustainability performance tracking initiatives. Support EHS program readiness activities AAI offices, including program documentation, training coordination, workplace inspections, emergency preparedness resources, and onboarding support. Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing a bachelor's degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field. Able to develop complex reports and interactive dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts.
