This role combines traditional reconciliation support responsibilities with a strong emphasis on data analytics, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. Job Summary: This position will obtain and possess detailed technical knowledge of CITGO's supported Point-of-Sale ("POS") terminals and vendors/manufacturers ("POS Vendors") for the purpose of managing the relationship and providing support for escalations between CITGO's customers and CITGO; CITGO and the POS vendors; the POS vendors, CITGO's payment network, and CITGO's payment processor. Minimum Qualifications: Technical aptitude Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), SQL, and reconciliation software. Experience with dashboard/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across departments and educate non-technical users. Retail operations experience helpful, but not necessary Customer service skills Problem solving skills Previous POS hardware/software technical certifications helpful Familiarity with POS systems, ERP platforms (e.g., SAP), and payment processors Knowledge of PCI compliance and financial audit standards. Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field with 3-years minimum experience. Or 5 years' experience in lieu of degree. Job Duties: Gather, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure data quality and accuracy. Conduct basic data analysis and generate reports to support business decision-making. Support beginner to intermediate data science tasks, including data cleansing, pattern recognition, and anomaly detection. Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to pre-authorizations, chargebacks, refunds, and settlement delays. Review and reconcile CITGO's Gift Card Program to ensure accurate financial postings. Maintain and document reconciliation procedures, data processes, workflows, and analytical models.
