Über

LS Fire Group require a dynamic, and results orientated Internal Sales Executive. The role is a mix of handling inbound sales enquiries, generating quotes, and following up with outbound calls to develop customer accounts and drive sales growth. The candidate will also provide group level support to our local business managers by identifying opportunities for sales from within our existing pool of customers.
Responsibilities
* Making outbound calls to convert live quotes to sales.
* Following up lapsed quotes and missed opportunities.
* Handling inbound sales calls and web enquires.
* Producing quotations and liaising with the appropriate teams for specialist pricing.
* Building relationships with customers and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
* Making outbound calls cold and warm against targeted lead lists.
* Using CRM to capture information, process sales, and keep records up to date.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Customer oriented with experience in sales, customer services, or telemarketing.
* Confident and professional telephone manner.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and keeping data accurate.
* Motivated, resilient, and positive under pressure.
* Reliable and friendly.
Remuneration & Conditions
Whilst we anticipate an element of home working, candidates are expected to be regularly present in their local office.
