Operates a fully integrated project delivery model, managing utility projects from initial design and approvals through to installation, commissioning and network adoption. This approach provides clients with a single point of contact and streamlined delivery across multiple utility disciplines.
Works closely with national house builders, developers, contractors, DNOs, IDNOs and utility stakeholders to deliver compliant and cost-effective infrastructure solutions throughout the UK.
Can be based in North East or North West or the Midlands
Key Duties
Design LV and HV electrical distribution networks for residential, commercial and industrial developments. Produce electrical design documentation including Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, general arrangements and cable sizing calculations. Carry out earthing assessments and ensure designs comply with current industry standards and regulations. Develop technically compliant network and substation designs in accordance with DNO, IDNO, ENA and G81 requirements. Obtain design approvals from DNOs, IDNOs and relevant adopting authorities.
