The Role:

This role serves as a strategic execution partner to the Chief Talent Officer (CTO), operating at the center of the firm's talent agenda. The Talent Sr. Project Manager enables the CTO to operate at maximum effectiveness by driving prioritization, execution, and alignment across the Talent function and broader firm leadership.

Unlike a traditional coordination role, this position is deeply embedded in planning and follow-through, ensuring that the firm's highest priority talent initiatives progress with speed, rigor, and accountability. The role supports decision-making processes by helping structure discussions, align stakeholders, and advance priorities forward.

You will act as a close partner to the CTO, translating strategy into action and ensuring priorities move forward with clarity and momentum. In doing so, you will work closely with the CTO's core leadership group to ensure alignment across initiatives and help the team operate as a highly effective, coordinated unit.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Execution & Prioritization
    • Translate CTO priorities into clear plans, milestones, and deliverables
    • Track and drive progress across key Talent initiatives, ensuring accountability and outcomes
    • Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps; proactively resolve or escalate as needed
  • Executive Enablement
    • Serve as an extension of the CTO in meetings, decision forums, and communications
    • Prepare high-quality materials, briefings, and presentations for executive audiences
    • Oversee and optimize the CTO's calendar to align with strategic priorities
    • Develop high-quality, executive-level presentations and communications to support the CTO and Talent leadership
    • Anticipate needs and ensure the CTO is focused on highest-impact activities
  • Program & Project Leadership
    • Support and advance key talent initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring execution against CTO-defined priorities
    • Coordinate across stakeholders to align timelines, inputs, and outcomes
    • Remove obstacles, streamline processes, and improve ways of working
  • Leadership Rhythm & Communication
    • Drive operating cadence for Talent leadership (staff meetings, planning cycles, offsites)
    • Set agendas, capture decisions, and ensure follow-through on action items
    • Enable clear, consistent communication across the Talent function and broader firm
  • Organizational Insight & Continuous Improvement
    • Monitor organizational health and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and scalability
    • Maintain key trackers, dashboards, and reporting to support decision-making
    • Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and impact
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners
    • Serve as a trusted point of contact for sensitive and high-priority matters
    • Navigate complex dynamics with professionalism, discretion, and strong judgment

Job Specific Competencies, Education and Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or executive-level support roles, with proven experience partnering with senior executives or C-level leaders
  • Strong track record of driving complex, cross-functional initiatives and operating independently in fast-paced environments Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present clearly to senior audiences
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
    • Advanced PowerPoint skills; able to create clear, compelling presentations and executive-level materials that support decision-making
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion; demonstrates strong emotional intelligence and influence
  • Experience within professional services, financial services, or a high-performance environment preferred

Base Salary: $100,000 - $150,000

  • Salaries may vary within the range based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
  • Role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
  • Application Window: Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for 48 business hours from 06/05/2026, although longer with business discretion.
