Senior Care Manager

Join our team at Willow Wind Assisted Living and become a part of our dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about providing the best care to our residents. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and leading by example with your strong leadership and organizational skills.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Independent Living facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

• Leadership and Strategic Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the long-term success of the facility. Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes high-quality services and resident satisfaction.

• Financial Management: Develop and manage the facility's budget, ensuring financial health and sustainability. Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.

• Census and Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to maintain and increase occupancy rates (census). Build relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential residents and families to promote the facility.

Principal Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in independent living or long-term care.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting as required by regulations and organizational policies.

• Represent the facility in the community, building relationships with healthcare providers, families, and other stakeholders.

• Model customer service principals throughout the organization and promote appreciation of the needs of employees and service areas.
