5 Years Client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Program Manager to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives supporting City departments and critical business operations. The selected consultant will be responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle from project initiation, requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, implementation, and production deployment. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage cross-functional teams, stakeholder communication, project governance, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and successful delivery of enterprise IT projects. The ideal candidate will have experience leading large-scale technology projects, supporting IT business processes, managing project budgets and schedules, and driving successful outcomes in complex environments. Engineering Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration Related Technical Discipline
Experience
5-10 years of Project Management or IT Management experience. Minimum 3 years supporting enterprise IT business processes. Experience managing complex enterprise technology projects. Demonstrated experience with project scheduling and budgeting. Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Skills
Strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation and facilitation abilities. Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills. Strong leadership and conflict-resolution capabilities. Preferred Qualifications
PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification. Program Management experience. Government or Public Sector experience. Experience managing enterprise application implementations. Experience supporting infrastructure, cloud, ERP, or digital transformation initiatives. Agile and Waterfall project management experience.
