Required Experience
8–10 years of overall IT experience.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering and support.
Networking certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Cisco Routing and Switching.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals, including:
VLSM (Variable Length Subnet Masking)
CIDR (Classless Inter-Domain Routing)
QoS (Quality of Service)
IP Subnetting
Experience with Cisco Wireless Networks.
Knowledge of routing protocols such as EIGRP and OSPF.
Experience with VLANs and VLAN Trunking.
Hands-on experience with copper and fiber cabling.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
Configure, support, and maintain Cisco routing, switching, and wireless infrastructure.
Assist with installation, mounting, relocation, and decommissioning of network devices.
Support network implementation and integration projects in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
Perform network upgrades, maintenance, and documentation activities.
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability of network services.
Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking issues.
Ensure adherence to network security and operational best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in enterprise networking environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced onsite support environment.
Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
