Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Prepare and submit loan files for underwriting approval. Maintain communication with all parties throughout the loan process. Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during processing. Utilize mortgage processing software to track loan status and documentation. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders. Requirements:
Minimum of 3 recent years' experience in mortgage loan processing (BROKER CHANNEL A MUST) Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulations. Proficient in mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. High level of professionalism and customer service orientation. Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus. About Us:
