E / EB9 12-Month Fixed Term Contract Shape spaces where people grow. We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Group Real Estate & Workplace team. The role is a 12-month fixed term contract, supporting a diverse portfolio of over 40 locations. The locations are across the UK & Ireland, APAC, and EMEA. If you're organised, people-focused, and love bringing projects to life behind the scenes, this is the role for you. What you will do You will help our design and construction projects run smoothly. Working with project managers, partners, and contractors, you will: Keep projects on track with schedules, trackers, and action logs
Coordinate day-to-day activities across teams and partners
Manage important documentation including drawings, permits, and HSE records
