Maintenance Supervisor to oversee andactively participate in maintenance operations at our Cambridge property. We're hiring within the next30 days- apply nowto be considered! Rate:$26.00 to $28.00/hour Location: Gainesville, FL Schedule:Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (with On-call rotation) Why This Maintenance Supervisor Role is Special: Leadership with Impact:This is aworking supervisorposition - you'll lead by example, actively participating in maintenance tasks while managing a team and ensuring top-quality performance. As a Maintenance Supervisor, You Will: Actively participate in all maintenance and repair activities while leading the team Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general property upkeep Perform and manage preventive maintenance across the property Supervise staff and vendors, schedule work, and ensure compliance with safety protocols Manage inventory, supplies, and operating expenses Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and emergencies efficiently Ensure timely unit turnovers and maintain a high standard of readiness Experience Required for Your Success
What We're Looking For: 3+ years' experience as a Maintenance Supervisor HVAC / EPA Certification required Valid Driver's License required Strong technical skills with a focus onpreventive maintenanceandproperty upkeep Must betech-savvyand comfortable using maintenance software and mobile work order systems Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Available foremergency on-call rotation At
