This position focuses on operating robotic welding equipment, loading parts, and ensuring consistent weld quality. No programming experience is required. Key Responsibilities
: Operate robotic welding machines in a production environment Load and unload parts into welding fixtures Start and monitor welding cycles Perform visual inspection of finished welds Make basic adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency Maintain a clean and safe work area Report equipment issues to maintenance or supervisors Requirements: Previous manufacturing or welding experience preferred (not required) Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Basic mechanical aptitude Ability to read simple work instructions or blueprints Willingness to learn and be trained on robotic systems Schedule
:
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (3-day weekends!) 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM (3-day weekends!) Pay:
$16.00 per hour based on experience
