5+ years of directly related experience in Tier II and Tier III support installing, configuring and supporting Microsoft-based systems, both virtual and physical Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related discipline. Years of experience may be used to substitute for education requirement Qualifications Strong Skills/Knowledge: Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2 administration Hands-on experience managing Windows Active Directory Services Demonstrated experience Dimitri with WSUS and preferred experience with automated patch management Demonstrated experience with Group Policy Management, to include creation of policies, troubleshooting and maintaining Experience with imaging Windows workstations Ability to provision systems in VMWare ESXI 6.0+ Extensive knowledge of Server and PC hardware and software maintenance Additional Information Linux administration with Ubuntu server and CentOS Mac OS X administration, imaging Analyzing requirements for deployment of new desktop applications, creating deployment plans and automation processes for new applications
