Job Description
The purpose of this Knoxville, TN-based job is to support the contract administrators with the operation of the contract management system and work with legal stakeholders to support contract lifecycle management processes.
Essential Functions
  1. Collaborate with contract administrators to support CLM system.
  2. Attend CLM system training and demonstrate proficiency.
  3. Work directly with legal and relevant business stakeholders in drafting, revising and testing new approved contract forms in CLM system.
  4. Maintain and support contract execution process (through CLM or Jira, as required), ensuring timely review, and execution.
  5. Execute Docusigns as needed.
  6. Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
  7. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  8. Complete other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience
  • This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
  • We are seeking applicants with a local presence in Knoxville, TN or the surrounding communities.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Comfortable working cross functionally
