Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) training program (may include being listed on the MN Registry) Experience in an acute care or long-term care setting as a Nursing Assistant and/or Emergency Room Technician (6 months at a minimum of 0.5 FTE) Completion of one clinical rotation in a RN or LPN program within the past 12 months A current Basic Life Support CPR certification from either the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
Experience or nursing assistant education must have occurred within the last five (5) years. Preferred Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent Prior experience in acute care or hospital setting Nursing assistant certification Proficiency using Electronic Health Record (EPIC) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
