Applies financial expertise to validate subordinate technical proposals, analyze organizational impacts, and execute comprehensive implementation plans.

Leads long-range strategic planning and staff evaluations to ensure mission alignment. Utilizes data-driven program analysis and business operations principles to realign resources based on unit costs and performance targets.

Plans, manages and supervises the assigned organization which consists of administrative and technical personnel. Workload is organized into subordinate divisions, branches or sections within the directorate.
