Physical Therapist

FOX Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based, geriatric-focused care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this full-time role, you will evaluate and treat older adults, create individualized treatment plans, and document outcomes using EMR. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and promote fall prevention and functional independence.
