Competitive Introduction
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira) Risk & issue management expertise Ability to plan deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across teams Program/delivery management experience Resource planning skills Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Strong facilitation skills for meetings such as kickoffs, status reviews, and governance checkpoints Effective cross-functional collaboration skills Familiarity with Confluence Prior work experience at client or in the client's industry Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Day-to-Day Responsibilities
