Responsibilities TheAnalystis responsibleforconducting dataanalysisto support businessoperations and decision making. This roleinvolves gathering data, performing statistical analysis, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Job duties and responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpretdata to support business operations.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs.
Assist in the development of analytical models to solve business problems.
Communicate data findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with team members to identify and address business needs.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
DocumentSOPsfor internal andexternalteams.
This role is located in Reno, NV and requires working onsite.
Qualifications
Proficiencyin data analysis tools and software (SQL, Python, R, Power BI)
Ability to presentcomplex data findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
High levelof accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively on a team.
Strong interpersonal skillsto prioritize and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
Ability to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in dataanalytics.
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in data science, Economics, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
Ability to explore and validate measures and tables against source data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with CRM analytics and data (HubSpot).
