Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital a 486-bed facility and cornerstone of the Carondelet Health Network is seeking a Neonatologist to join its expanding Women & Newborn Center in Tucson, Arizona. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the trajectory of a growing Level II NICU with a clear path toward Level III designation. You'll practice within a collegial, mission-driven environment backed by experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and a dedicated nursing team committed to family-centered care. Neonatology position at Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital, part of the Carondelet Health Network Enhanced Sign-On Bonus Per Diem travelers considered Level II NICU with plans to advance to Level III designation Average daily census of 5 On-site physician coverage 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.; NNP coverage 2 p.m. - 8 a.m. with physician call-in (30-minute response time) Full-time schedule with equitable call rotation Supported by hospital-based Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and a dedicated NICU nursing team Practice within a modern Women & Newborn Center featuring spacious birthing suites, midwife-assisted deliveries, and couplet care What We Offer
