Core Responsibilities Monitor and resolve day-to-day incidents using tools such as ServiceNow. Serve as the primary contact for functional issues, interacting with IT and business users. Triage issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution. Adhere to service management processes including Incident, Change, Capacity, Problem, and Knowledge Management. Maintain agreed SLA levels and ensure high-quality service delivery at all times. Collaborate with SMEs to address functional issues and system enhancements. Coordinate communications between suppliers, OEMs, and other IT stakeholders. Track progress and report updates to stakeholders regularly. Develop and enhance PLM functionalities as per customer requirements. Assist in preparing operational reports and share regular updates with stakeholders. Required Technical & Functional Skills Strong experience in PDMLink and Windchill development and administration. Hands‑on experience with SQL and Oracle databases. Proficiency in ServiceNow and knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, and Knowledge Management processes. Experience interacting with manufacturing customers is a plus. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to share knowledge, mentor team members, and facilitate knowledge transition.
