Manager Trainee

The manager training position is expected to be a short to mid-term transitional role that provides both work assignment and training opportunities so that you may take on the role of developing into key personnel and develop into key management positions. Candidate should have good communication skills, customer service skills, be able to learn & obtain knowledge provided to them by NW Tire, must be able to learn and develop all job functions, and have the desire to make things happen. College or management experience is preferred.
