Job Details

Manage and provide guidance and direction to engineering staff to ensure adherence to business plans and objectives.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, as well as local building and fire codes.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and inspection records.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Three years of facilities engineering experience, or any other alternative deemed appropriate.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge in the use of hand and power tools.

Valid driver's license and ability to drive a truck.

Ability to effectively communicate with other departments to address maintenance needs with minimal disruption to guests and operations.
