As our General Manager, you will:- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all hotel operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards, company goals, and financial targets.
- Lead and inspire department leaders across all areas of the hotel, including rooms, food & beverage, sales, engineering, and finance.
- Champion a culture of service excellence that consistently delivers memorable guest experiences and strong guest satisfaction scores.
- Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and cost controls to drive profitability.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a diverse leadership team, fostering professional growth and a collaborative workplace culture.
- Partner closely with ownership, corporate leadership, and brand representatives to execute strategic initiatives and operational priorities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and brand standards while maintaining a well-maintained and high-performing property.
- Represent the hotel within the local community, building partnerships that strengthen the hotel's reputation and market presence.
Bring extensive leadership experience, with at least 710 years of progressive hotel management experience, including prior experience as a General Manager or senior hotel executive. Have a proven track record of driving guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance within branded hotel environments. Excel at communication and leadership, effectively engaging team members, guests, ownership groups, and corporate partners. Possess strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze performance metrics, manage budgets, and implement strategic initiatives that drive results. Lead with integrity and inspire teams, cultivating a culture of accountability, service, and continuous improvement.
