JSG is hiring a Project Manager specializing in Cost Savings / Supply Chain for a remote role. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder. Salary range: $110K-$135+K DOE Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent Experience: 510 years of project management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience in interconnect, cable, harness, or connector manufacturing is strongly preferred Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, the Procurement Project Manager will lead the identification, execution, and delivery of company-wide cost savings initiatives as well as other strategic and operational projects that support supply chain objectives. This role partners closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance to translate strategic priorities into executable projects and measurable business outcomes. Owns upward reporting and visibility of cost transformation initiatives, ensuring leadership has clear, timely insight into progress, risks, and financial outcomes. The position is highly execution-focused, with accountability for governance, delivery, and executive-level communication. Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel or Google Sheets Analytical Rigor: Demonstrated success leading cost reduction initiatives with a strong ability to interpret complex data and financial impacts Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, including the ability to deliver executive-level presentations Johnson Service Group (JSG) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
