Occupational Therapist

CenterWell Home Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver compassionate, in-home therapeutic care that promotes patient independence and quality of life. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, create individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to support safe mobility and daily living activities.
