Hire, train, and coach a team of SDRs to ensure quality lead sourcing and support for nonprofits Develop and iterate on outreach strategies, including emails and call talk tracks, to optimize engagement with multiple ideal customer profiles Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps teams to streamline lead processes and enhance reporting and automation
Required qualifications
2+ years of experience as an individual contributor in an SDR role 2+ years of SDR management experience, with a track record of building and scaling teams Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales, with technical knowledge preferred Experience with CRM reporting tools, preferably Hubspot, and data insights platforms like Gong or Chorus Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to solve problems and optimize processes
