Requirements
Strong BI, data analysis and reporting experience
Experience within local authority, adult social care, housing, public health or regulated services
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience with dashboards, performance frameworks, data quality and strategic insight
Ability to translate complex data into meaningful intelligence for decision makers
Responsibilities
Act as the main BI contact for Adults and Housing services
Support Adult Social Care transformation, including front door transformation
Lead on CQC inspection and peer review data requirements
Produce insight, dashboards, performance reports and forecasting models
Support data quality improvements and performance monitoring
Work with internal teams, partners and senior stakeholders
Identify opportunities for automation and better use of data

More We are recruiting for an experienced Business Intelligence Lead to support our Adult Social Care transformation programme in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. This is a temporary 12-week contract with the potential to become permanent, offering hybrid working with ideally two days onsite per week. The role is 37 hours per week, with a basic DBS required and an interview via Teams. We offer a PAYE hourly rate of £25.54 plus holiday pay, and this role is inside IR35. The position supports Adults and Housing services with high-quality data, insight, performance reporting and strategic analysis, working closely with senior leaders to support evidence‑led decision making, service improvement, transformation and assurance.
