Retail Sales Clerk

Create a positive retail experience for patients, families, staff, visitors, and all others through in-person, and phone interactions while maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized gift shop.

Key responsibilities include demonstrating excellence and knowledge in products being sold, operating a computerized Point of Sale system, managing inventory control, returns, profitability, and cost of goods, supporting the Manager of Retail Operations with projects and requests specific to the Gift Shop, the Gift Shop Team, and work in a timely fashion to complete organizational requirements and trainings, extending warm greetings to patients, visitors, and staff, fostering a welcoming environment, engaging with friendliness, care, and a focus on building connections, anticipating and rapidly responding to guest needs, taking ownership of issues until resolved, and embracing diversity and fostering inclusivity in all interactions.

Requirements include a HS Diploma/GED preferred, 1-3 years of experience. Retail experience preferred. Basic computer skills.

Rate of pay is $17/hour.
