Project Manager (SAFe, Agile) - Remote

Duration: 3 month contract with possible extension

Role details (what specifically will this person be responsible for in this role):

• Assisting Product Manager & Technical Strategist in facilitating stakeholder workshops
• Ensuring risks are being properly identified, tracked and discussed.
• Having a "partner level dialogue" with others on the team for solutioning
• Keeping on top of standard delivery needs for reporting, tracking and traceability
• Coordinating across senior level team to successful meet client expectations

Skillsets required (identify any specific program knowledge or experience required to fill this position):

• Experience in engagements with focus to: Ecom/Ecom readiness/Ecom Strategy, business analysis, roadmapping, Program Backlog creation, workflows, workshop facilitation, stakeholder interviews, customer journeys, Technical capability analysis
• Experience with SAFe Agile strongly preferred
• Hybris specific experience preferred but not required

This is for an ECommerce project. Just now in the beginning of Ecommerce Journey. Looking at Capabilities of where that might need help with. Person needs to be strategic and setting objectives on how they are moving forward. Journey Mapwork has been done. Looking for a roadmap for the client. Capabilities, Program Backlog, Customer User Perspective, etc. Assisting Project Manager and Stakeholder with various issues like Risk dialogue, etc. so Senior Level Communication is needed. Come to the table and have executive level presence, coordinate with Senior team to make sure they are meeting their timetables and deadlines.
