Job description

• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for the customer, owning delivery commitments, governance, and stakeholder communication.
• Own end-to-end program delivery for multiple interrelated projects, acting as the single onsite accountability point for scope, schedule, quality, and outcomes.
• Provide strategic leadership and governance, including program planning, dependency management, risk & issue management, and executive-level reporting.
• Drive end-to-end delivery execution, including scope management, milestone tracking, risk/issue escalation, and SLA adherence across onsiteoffshore teams.
• Ensure operational excellence through strong coordination with offshore delivery leads, enforcing quality, timelines, and compliance to agreed processes.
• Lead client governance forums (status reviews, QBRs, steering committees) and manage escalations to closure with clear action plans.
• Own financial and commercial aspects of delivery including effort tracking, billing alignment, and change management.
• Foster team performance and customer satisfaction by enabling collaboration, continuous improvement, and transparent communication.
• Coordinate closely with offshore project and delivery managers to ensure seamless execution, adherence to SLAs, and consistent delivery standards.
• Drive financial and commercial management of the program, including budget tracking, change control, billing alignment, and profitability.
• Establish and monitor program metrics, ensure compliance with LTIMindtree program governance, and continuously improve delivery effectiveness.
