Education & Field Training Manager

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum: 5+ years of experience in retail training, field education, store operations, or multi-unit leadership, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, or specialty retail.

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Learning and Development, or a related field; cosmetology, esthetics, or artistry certification preferred.

COMPETENCIES

Strong facilitation, presentation, and classroom management skills across multiple learning formats.

Deep knowledge of beauty products, artistry trends, and customer service standards within a retail environment.

Ability to influence, coach, and engage teams across stores, field leadership, and cross-functional partners.

Strong organization, project management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect learning outcomes to performance, service, and sales results.

Experience building cross-functional partnerships and using feedback to continuously improve training strategy and field adoption.
