Industry Communications Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, seasoned communications leader to join our Industry Communications team, with a strong focus on North America. Embedded within Global Industry Marketing, the Industry Communications team serves as a strategic center of excellence, shaping and elevating media relations and communications diverse business groups spanning Manufacturing, Retail, Travel, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Energy, Technology Services, and Education. In this high-impact role, you will directly shape positioning across key sectors, driving powerful storytelling and crafting differentiated narratives. You will partner closely with senior executives, elevate their voice in the market, and amplify thought leadership to strengthen our reputation as a trusted industry leader.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in communications, PR, or marketing (B2B tech, consulting, or professional services preferred)
• Well-established relationships with U.S. media and hands-on experience managing press engagement and publications.
• Skilled in developing content such as press releases, articles, and executive communications
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders from business, marketing and corporate units.
• Track record of driving impactful, large-scale communication programs
• AI-savvy, with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance content, insights, and communications effectiveness
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, matrixed organization
• Master's degree or certification in Communications, PR, or Marketing (a plus)
