CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support nursing staff in delivering excellent healthcare services.

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
• Support patients with mobility, including transferring and positioning
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
• Assist with medical procedures as directed by nurses
• Provide emotional support and ensure patient comfort

• Active CNA certification
• Previous experience in LTAC, hospital, or similar healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred

• Shift: 12-hour mid shift (12:00 PM 12:00 AM)
• Facility Type: Long-Term Acute Care
