We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our vehicle sales team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building trust, and guiding customers through important purchasing decisions. Whether your background is in retail, hospitality, inside sales, or another customer-facing role, this position offers the chance to apply your sales skills in a dynamic, relationship-driven environment.

Car Sales Experience is NOT REQUIRED. We value experiences from different sales backgrounds. Success comes from strong communication, follow-through, and a genuine desire to deliver a great experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and create a friendly, professional first impression
  • Learn customer needs through thoughtful conversation and active listening
  • Present vehicles, features, and options in a clear and engaging manner
  • Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery
  • Offer and coordinate test drives while following dealership procedures
  • Work toward individual and team sales goals
  • Reflect on performance and adjust daily habits to improve results
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales documentation

Qualifications:

  • Sales or customer-facing experience required
  • Car Sales experience NOT required
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
  • Comfortable working toward goals and performance targets
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
