As a member of our leadership team you are expected to represent the Chick-fil-A values and execute to the standards laid out in our training program.

Requirements:

• Must be dependable
• Must have the ability to work the needs of the business
• Saturdays are required
• Must have the ability coach and mentor employees
• Must have the ability to help develop future leaders
• Must possess a Tulsa County Food Handlers Card
• Food safety standards must be followed
• Food quality standards must be followed
• Guest service standards must be followed

Work Schedule:

• Weekend availability
• 8 hour shift
