Fleet Implementation Project Manager (IPM)

The Fleet Implementation Project Manager (IPM) plays a key role in the design, development, and execution of assigned client implementations, ranging from onboarding activities to system integrations. This role requires effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external customers while exercising independent judgment to ensure the timely, accurate, and successful delivery of implementations in alignment with defined customer requirements and organizational standards.

The IPM is accountable for establishing and maintaining strong consultative client relationships, with a focus on driving customer satisfaction, product adoption, and utilization. Key responsibilities include delivering a high-touch, white-glove customer experience, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation and providing comprehensive training, strategic guidance, and best practice recommendations to support customer needs and optimization of program performance.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in project management activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Familiarity with financial services, payments, or fleet/card-based solutions preferred
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret large data sets
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Interpersonal skills, with excellent written and oral communication abilities
  • Strong problem solving skills; self-motivated, self-starter

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $71,400.00 - $84,000.00
