Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Utilize Hubspot software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitive landscape.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless transition of leads and customer inquiries.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and effectively.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review.
Experience
Proven experience in field sales or business development, preferably in a related industry.
Strong concept knowledge of IT networking.
Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Aggressive at targeting new opportunities.
Experience in hospitality sales or inside sales is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.

Proven record of success in developing business relationships in the hospitality space.
Ability to cold call and perform onsite visits to prospects.
Knowledge of the restaurant industry.
Knowledge of various technologies such as networking and cloud service.
Strong work ethic.
Out of the box thinker.
Very organized.
